Garcon has an extensive background as a consultant for Contract Research Organizations and Pharmaceuticals/Biotechnology companies, where he regionally managed Clinical Trials. In addition to his consulting work, he has also dedicated time to growing business start-ups. 

Notably, he was a founder and partner of a Clinical Research Site Start-up in Sebring, FL, conducting phase I, II, III, and other Clinical trials for numerous contract research organizations and Pharmaceuticals/biotechnology companies. 

Currently, Garcon is the principal of a growing snack start-up in Chicago, which he has been operating since 2020. At 1847 Capital, LLC, he and his team are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth transition for business owners looking to sell. 

Garcon enjoys volunteering for non-profit organizations in his community. He has also led a National Young Professional Group focused on mentoring and creating change agents to tackle community issues and take on leadership roles. Garcon holds an MBA from Roosevelt University.
